I walked up to the Kindergarten room mom, remembered I owed her money, and turned to get my checkbook.
Had I checked my planner first, I would have known that I paid her on Saturday - and that explained the confused look that the other room mom gave me!
The worse part? She is one of my Loyal Readers! She knows how organized I try to be. And, now, she knows that I am truly a work in progress.
Etcetera.

We are all a work in progress. It is no biggie and maybe you made me feel a little better about myself. :) Sometimes during the hectic holiday season, I don't know whether I am coming or going.
Better to try to pay twice than not at all, I always say.
